Angelina is a nutritionist intern, healthy lifestyle coach, and culinary educator with a deep passion for making healing food accessible to all. Her work blends evidence based nutrition, the art of nourishment, holistic healing, and energetic wellness to support healing on every level. She has a passion to teach others how to use food as medicine and to help others learn how to make healthy food taste good. She takes a whole-person approach that integrates body, mind, and spirit—offering personalized nutrition plans that go beyond trends to focus on intuitive eating, energy balance, and long-term healing.

Chesley is a nutritionist intern and research scientist with a background in biochemistry, chemistry, and nutrition. She combines clinical experience with nutrition science to help women identify the root causes of persistent fatigue, GI dysfunction, and hormonal imbalances. Chesley recently passed the Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) exam and is completing her supervised hours toward full credentialing. With years of experience in both the lab and the clinic, she brings a unique, evidence-based approach to personalized nutrition care that empowers her clients to finally feel like themselves again.
